Rilwan found that being able to study flexibly meant he was able to pause during busy periods at work, while still actively working towards achieving his career goals.

I am a 32-year-old Londoner with an undergraduate degree. Since university, I have worked primarily for the NHS in administrative and operational capacities.

My desire to shift into more senior operational roles and expand my future earning potential brought me to ICS Learn’s shores.

Whilst I had experience with project support work, I found myself struggling to get interviews for project manager roles, so I began looking into qualifications within that sphere that would put me in higher demand within that job market.

After doing some research into the various project management qualifications on offer, I came to the decision that the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification was most applicable to helping achieve my career goals.
