CIPD Student Stories: Kimberley Thomas | CIPD Level 7 Diploma

Kimberley had previously studied a CIPD Level 3 qualification with ICS Learn in 2019 and she returned in 2022 to complete the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

In March 2022, I was promoted to a human resources officer. I felt keen to expand my knowledge of HR, and having previously studied a Level 3 qualification with ICS in 2019, I opted to return in July 2022 to complete the Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

I completed this course in 12 months, and it was a very enjoyable experience. I now have a far broader, strategic understanding of HR, which will benefit me greatly in my career.
