CIPD Student Stories: Sanam Shaw | Level 7 Advanced Diploma

After moving to the UK, Sanam soon realised that as a Learning & Development professional, she would highly benefit from gaining a CIPD qualification. She chose to complete her journey with ICS Learn.

My decision to pursue a CIPD certification began in March 2022 when I relocated to the UK. While job hunting I realised that organisations value a CIPD certification, so naturally my next goal was to find a learning provider.

I was able to complete over 60% of my two year course in the first year – a personal success as I work full time in the BFSI industry.

My success has been possible because of tutor guidance, easy to read assessment briefs, multiple submission attempts, and very detailed feedback.

Feedback is probably the most crucial to me as it really changed the way I was responding to CIPD questions.
