Zak needed to achieve a Level 6 in GCSE Maths in order to gain a role in the Royal Marines, so he enrolled with ICS Learn to make that possible.

I began studying with ICS Learn during my last year of Sixth form for GCSE Maths. I was doing my A-levels to eventually enter a role within the Royal Marines which required these qualifications, however it came to my attention I also needed a level 6 in Maths – whereas I only achieved a 4 in Year 11.

I became worried, but after some research I learned that I could re-sit my GCSE Maths during the same year.

I considered other tutoring companies, but ultimately decided on ICS learn due to its prior success with many students that I read about on the website.

At first I was apprehensive about online learning, mainly because I had never done it before and was concerned whether I would learn effectively or even have the time to do it while juggling my A-levels.

In addition, I had access to a private tutor who I could contact anytime regarding the course or general queries about Maths, the course was also totally flexible meaning I could choose how much I wanted to do in whatever amount of time.

I have now obtained a level 6 in GCSE Maths through ICS learn despite only studying for 9 months along with 3 A-Levels and set to join the Royal Marines very soon.

I also found the payment options for the course to be extremely helpful, being able to pay smaller amounts monthly meant I could afford the course and get the qualification I needed.

If I ever needed to gain another qualification I would not hesitate to use ICS learn again.
