CIPD Student Stories: Paul Adesoye | CIPD Level 5 Review

Paul wanted to enhance his Human Resources career and gain more responsibilities in his job, so he decided to study an online CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.

I started studying with ICS Learn in 2021 because of the success rate of their past students, especially as I was new to the field of Human Resources, coupled with the flexibility in payment.

I struggled initially to cope with online learning being my first time undertaking this method of learning.

However, as I kept following the guide and advice given by ICS Learn, I found that I was getting better at it day by day, thanks to the continuous support I was getting.

The wide scope of learning was very helpful to me, as I was planning to transition from a finance profession to the field of Human Resources.

I have improved massively since I started learning with ICS Learn, both as a person and on my job, as everything that I was taught has helped me deepen my understanding of Human Resources, especially for someone who came for a finance background.

When my Team leader got to see the difference between myself and my other colleagues, she promised to increase my responsibilities in order to effectively manage people well and also prepare me for higher roles.

I would definitely recommend ICS Learn to other people as their support has been massive to me and other fellow students. Their efforts have been highly commendable.

I look forward to gaining enough experience in the field of Human Resources and then returning to start my CIPD Level 7 qualification with ICS Learn.
